Manage your cookie settings

Change which optional technologies ProClause can use, at any time.

1What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are

  • Cookies and similar storage technologies (such as local storage on your device) are small files that websites use to remember information between visits and across pages.
  • This policy explains the technologies ProClause actually uses, why we use them, and how you control them.

2Strictly Necessary Technologies

  • These are required for ProClause to operate and cannot be turned off. They include the authentication tokens that keep you signed in and the secure processing of your subscription.
  • When you take out a Pro subscription, checkout is handled by Stripe on Stripe's own website. Stripe sets its own cookies on its domain to process your payment securely. Those are governed by Stripe's privacy policy and are not controlled by this consent tool.
  • Strictly necessary technologies do not require your consent and remain active by default.

3Analytics (Optional)

  • ProClause uses its platform's built-in product analytics to understand how the app is used and to measure our sign-up and subscription funnel (for example, landing-page views, registration events and purchases).
  • This is first-party measurement. It may store a first-touch attribution record on your device (for example, the referral source or advert that brought you to ProClause) so that we can understand which content performs well.
  • Analytics only operates if you enable the Analytics category in your cookie preferences. No analytics events or analytics identifiers are created before you do so.

4Marketing & Advertising (Optional)

  • ProClause advertises on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). Advertising campaigns are managed inside Meta and are not affected by this consent choice — you will still see our ads and can still reach ProClause from those ads.
  • On this website, no Meta Pixel or other marketing/advertising cookies are placed on your device unless and until you enable the Marketing & Advertising category. If we deploy a marketing tag (such as the Meta Pixel) in future, it will only be able to initialise when you have enabled this category.
  • Enabling Marketing allows attribution and conversion-measurement technologies to operate in your browser. Disabling it prevents them from loading.

5Preferences

  • ProClause does not currently set any preference cookies. Any preference you save inside the app (such as a display theme) is stored as part of your account, not as a tracking cookie.

6Third-Party Technologies

  • Stripe processes payments on its own domain under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your card details.
  • Apple processes App Store subscriptions under Apple's privacy policy. We receive only your subscription status, not your payment card information.
  • Our infrastructure and authentication provider (Base44) supports the service operation described under Strictly Necessary and Analytics above.

7How Consent Works

  • When you first visit ProClause, you are shown a consent banner. Optional categories are OFF by default until you choose.
  • You can Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Manage preferences to choose categories individually.
  • Your decision is stored on your device and remembered on your next visit. We do not assume consent from continued browsing, from being an existing user, or from any other action.

8Changing or Withdrawing Your Consent

  • You can change your decision at any time. Click 'Cookie Settings' in the website footer, on the Privacy Policy, or at the bottom of this page to reopen the preferences screen.
  • If you withdraw Analytics or Marketing consent, ProClause stops firing the relevant tracking from that point and removes the first-party analytics identifiers it created. Your account, subscription, contracts and data are not affected.

9Contact

  • For any questions about cookies or tracking at ProClause, contact us at support@proclause.app and we will respond within 30 days.
